The delegation of VNU University of Science (Hanoi, Vietnam) visited Russian State Hydrometeorological University on 31 August 2011. The memorandum of understanding between VNU HUS and RSHU was signed by Prof.Dr. Bui Duy Cam and Prof.Dr. Lev Karlin.

Rectors of both universities agreed to develop close cooperation in the area of joint educational programs and academic mobility in hydrometeorology and oceanology.
