Specific agreement on student exchange
Specific agreement on student exchange between Mr. Lev N. Karlin, Rector of the Russian State Hydrometeorological University and Mr. Diego Sales Marquez, Honourable Rector of the University of Cadiz (Spain) was signed on 15th of April 2010.The agreement aims to establish the basis for implementing undergraduate and postgraduate student exchanges between both Universities. Students selected for the exchange programme will be able to choose and undertake courses in the receiving University, as long as these are of the same or equivalent level to those taught in the University of origin.
