CALL FOR PROPOSALS (EAC/15/2008)
Scholarships will be awarded to selected graduates from ENP countries and Russia to follow courses leading to a degree of Master in European Integration Studies offered in European Union higher education institutions.
Applicants shall fulfil the following criteria:
1) are national of, and resident in, Russia;
2) have obtained (or declare that will obtain by the date of start of the course) a relevant university degree/diploma of a minimum duration of 3 years (in Russia as a rule the bachelor degree lasts 4 years; the specialists degree 5 years);
3) have an appropriate knowledge of two or more European Union languages which are relevant for the Masters course.
4) additional criteria can be established by the European Union higher education institution chosen by the applicants.

1) contact a number of European Union higher education institutions which provide a Master degree in European Integration Studies;
2) make sure that the European Union higher education institutions have registered themselves into the database of European Integration Studies Masters Courses run by the European Commission and available at http://ec.europa.eu/education/eis_masters (if not, the European Union higher education institutions must enter the database by 6 June 2008).
3) check with the European Union higher education institutions concerned the entry requirements to apply for a Master degree in European Integration Studies and send the application dossier by 6 June 2008 the latest or by the deadline set by the same European Union higher education institutions.
2) make sure that the European Union higher education institutions have registered themselves into the database of European Integration Studies Masters Courses run by the European Commission and available at http://ec.europa.eu/education/eis_masters (if not, the European Union higher education institutions must enter the database by 6 June 2008).

Award procedure, decision, information of successful applicants: end of June 2008.
The Master programme in European Integration Studies shall start at the beginning of the academcic year 2008—2009.
Each grant is provided in the form of a lump sum, the maximum amount of a scholarship is 20.000 euro per academic year.
