Cloud microphysics
Department of Physics, University of Kuopio offered an ABS/CBACCI course for international and finnish students.The program of the course included e-learning period from 26 January to 16 March and intensive week in Kuopio from 16th to 20th March.
Students-meteorologists Anna Filippenko, Victoria Zabanova and associate professor Vladimir Chukin represented Russian State Hydrometeorological University. There were participants from Lund University (Sweden), University of Kuopio and Finnish Meteorological Institute.
Students have learned much more about aerosol science, thermal physics, physical chemistry, basics of programming.

The result of the course was a cloud model created by students and final exam. Russian participants passed the exam successfully and got 7,5 credits ECTS.
