If you are an early career researcher (Master student, PhD candidate, Postdoc within 5 years of PhD) in the Earth system sciences, join YESS!
YESS community welcomes researchers at the early stages of their career when joining the community. Usually we define these early stages as Master’s student, PhD student, and PostDoc, and within 5 years after the last degree. All interested young researchers fulfilling these criteria and working in the field of Earth system science - which we define in a very broad sense including all disciplines playing a role in the understanding of the Earth as a system - are welcome to sign up as YESS members. In the future the YESS community might also offer a way of becoming an "advisory" or "associate" member to also include people who are at more advanced stages in their career and also people who work outside academia.
