New Global Leaders of Higher Education
We sincerely express our congratulations to Maria Anatolevna Mamaeva , the head of the International Relations Office at RSHU , with the successful completion of a training program titled " New leaders of Higher Education" at the Moscow School of Management " Skolkovo ", undertaken under the auspice of Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
Participants of the program , which lasted from November 2012 to October 2013 , encompassed more than 100 senior representatives from the leading Russian Universities.

"Undoubtedly , the major expected result of the program , namely the formation of a network of higher education community of managers that will implement the modernization of universities in accordance with the objectives of the innovative development of the country, was accomplished."

" The new leaders of Higher Education" is not a training program, it is much more. This is the place where visions for the future of the universities was created. The most important element of the program was a project work , participants has become become leaders of key projects in the Russian education in the coming years. "
