How to apply?
There are 3 ways for foreign citizens to RSHU.
Procedure of entering at RSHU includes passing of several steps (7 steps). Follow our prompts and they will help you to achieve your targets.
1st step-Start
Look for information about Programmes of studies at RSHU.If you speak on Russian language, you may provide the document that confirms your knowledge. If you don't speak Russian you need to enter the pre-university training.
If you still have questions, do not hesitate to ask. Specialists will answer you during one working week. You can write questions here "Feedback"
2nd step -The Program of education
Choose the degree program. If you don’t have questions and you have chosen the educational program, please, fill in the electronic Application Form. Remember to check that the information you give is correct. The Application Form is now saved in the database. Now you need to provide the documents for confirmation of your educational level. Our specialists will answer you within one working week.3d step – The invitation
After a positive response (if you have provided all of the required the documents), the University prepares an invitation for studying at RSHU. The invitation is prepared within 1 month.If you are a citizen of the CIS countries (except Georgia and Turkmenistan), you will not need visa, please follow the step 5. If you are not a citizen of the CIS, then you will need to fill in a registration form to receive an invitation to Russia.
4th step – Visa
After receiving an official invitation for entering the Russian Federation as a foreign citizen, you should contact the Russian Embassy / Consulate in your country to obtain an entry visa.5th step - Date of arrival
As soon as you receive your visa and buy tickets for a train/plane, etc. (at least one week prior to arrival), please, inform us about the dates and details of your arrival via e-mail ums@rshu.ru6th step - At the University
Right after your arrival to Saint- Petersburg, you will need to contact and visit the Center for International Education (CIE is situated in the main building at the 2nd floor, room № 218, phone: +7 (812) 372-50-89 for obtaining all necessary documents in Russia (for this you need to have a passport and migration card with you). Student’s health insurance is issued separately. A schedule, a student’s ID and a student record book is issued personally.7th step - Finish
